It's funny how people don't really understand politics. They vote for someone when they don't truly understand the issues. Granted, I am VERY conservative. I think if you leave the free market system alone, it will correct itself. Yes, it may be painful at times, but isn't that the way life is? I think if you treat people like children, they'll learn to be adults. If I don't pay my mortgage, the bank will take my house. Hello - that's called life. I agree there should be a "grace Period" for those unemployed - and most mortgage companies will work with you if you ask. But to buy a home you know you can't afford and then have the government/tax payers bail you out is not helping anyone. People need to learn from their mistakes, just like children. This goes for large corporations as well.
Some people now wonder why the people who have paid their mortgage faithfully for years are not being rewarded. You should truly understand your candidate and the issues before you vote. Democrats often want those who have worked hard to be successful to help those who have been irresponsible. That just isn't fair.
